We refer to the above matter;

As per our terms and conditions, all spa packages and gift certificates must be used within 1 year of purchase. 

This is in line with Consumer protection Act (Gift Card Rules Regulation 17/05) which allows the expiry of gift cards for spa services.

Consequently, we previously had issued a management notice dated 26th May 2022 requesting all customers who had unutilised packages due to Covid 19 pandemic to ensure that they utilized them within the year.

Pursuant to the said notice, please note that all packages that had been unutilized expired on 31st December 2023 and were effectively converted to credits for the same amount which can only be utilized against our services at the normal service rates. Further, all such converted credits will expire on 26th May 2024.

To continue enjoying our services uninterrupted, always ensure to use all gift cards and spa packages within 12 months of purchase.

Paradise Laser and Botox services and spa packages are scheduled by appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for time to fill out the appropriate client forms and prepare for your first service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival is very important. Your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain the salon’s tight schedule.


Pricing and Services

Pricing and Services are subject to change without obligation or notice.

We reserve the right to substitute a service, if no longer available, with a service of equal value.

Our services are not intended to replace medical treatment or a cure for any medical issues.  Please consult your physician for any concerns you may have.


Payment Methods

We offer free consultation prior to your service.  We do not offer credit and will not accept a post- dated check.  Insufficient checks will incur a $30.00 service charge.  We accept cash, checks (with ID) and all major credit cards. 


Cancellations Or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for spa packages and 24 hours notice for any of our other services.  If proper cancellation or rescheduling notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of your service(s) without notification.


For Spa Packages which bought before 2020


Spa Packages and Gift Certificates are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE, can not be SUBSTITUTED and are applied to (1) per person unless otherwise stated. Spa packages and gift certificates/treatments must be used within 1 year (365 days)of date of purchase or they will expired. 

All spa packages must be paid in advance.

No-shows are NON REFUNDABLE on pre-paid services, day spa packages and will be deducted from your pre-paid sessions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cancellations by email, Facebook or private messaging or text can not be

accepted, as they are not checked throughout the day.

There is a $30.00 returned check fee for non sufficient funds.



As a professional establishment, you are always discreetly covered during your massage and facial treatments.  Improper action or language will result in termination of treatment with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.



Gratuities are very much appreciated and are solely up to the client’s discretion. Gratuities are not included in gift certificates, unless requested by the purchasing client.



Walk-ins are always welcome, while we’ll do our best to accommodate you, scheduled

appointments are top priority.

Product Returns

For sanitary and freshness, we can not accept any hair or skin care products for returns.

As per our terms and conditions, all spa packages and gift certificates must be used within 1 year of purchase. We however understand that due to the Covid 19 pandemic over the last two years, most clients were not able to exhaust their annual packages. The management took a decision to extend the validity of the packages during the pandemic, which has had an effect on the sustainability of the business. Since normalcy has returned, we now require all clients to utilize their packages within the year of purchase and to renew expired packages and gift certificates at every annual anniversary. Failure to renew the packages will be treated as follows:

  1. All packages will automatically be converted to credits. For example, if you purchased a $150/10 slot item package, your credit will be $150 which you can use against any of our services at the normal service rates.
  2. Packages which are partially utilized as at the date of conversion will amount to proportionate credits. For example, if you purchased a $150/10 slot item package and you have utilized the package on 2 items so far (amounting to $30), your credit will be $120 which you can utilize on either of our services at the normal service rate.
  3. All unutilized credits shall automatically expire at the end of 2 years since conversion.

You are advised to comply with the above to avoid service disruption. Otherwise, thank you for being a valued customer.
